This green Cortina is a robust, very fresh tasting EVOO and a perfect example of this varietal’s predominant herbal flavors. The aromas and taste are explosively spicy-green fresh herbs balanced by pleasant tropical fruit flavors. This oil’s flavors are mostly fresh-cut-grass, mint and cinnamon working in perfect harmony with pleasant bitterness and distinct pungency. Black pepper, mint, and cinnamon a prevalent in its persistent and clean finish.
