Linguine by Severino Pasta
Linguine is a type of pasta similar to fettuccine and trenette but elliptical in section rather than flat. It is about 4 millimetres in width, wider than spaghetti but not as wide as fettuccine. The name linguine means "little tongues" in Italian.
Joseph and Anna Severino learned the art of pasta making in Rome and brought that art to New Jersey in 1971. We are proud to carry this pasta in our shop and help carry on that family tradition.
