Arbequina- Peru, May 2023 (Medium Intensity) NEW HARVEST
A wonderful floral, highly aromatic, early-harvest Arbequina oil from Peru. Beautiful notes of fresh berries and sweet apple with a slightly buttery, nutty and sweet almond undertone, finishing with a soft, rounded mouth feel. But don't be fooled by the medium intensity label, this Arbequina oil is very complex, with both herbal and green characteristics such as artichoke, green apple, and mint, with a nice, light, spicy finish of black pepper.
