Shipping policy

We ship utilizing UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on weight and dimension by the shipping carrier. (We reserve the right to ship USPS on specialty orders (replacement, free shipping, etc...)
$11.99 Economy Flat Rate Shipping for NC minimum order $50
$11.99 Economy Flat Rate Shipping for SC, VA, GA and TN min. order $75
(Rates will not apply to shipments over 20lbs. You will be invoiced separately or please choose a different shipping option at checkout)
FREE SHIPPING $150 or more must be spent per recipient/address destination after taxes, coupons, or discounts in order to get free standard shipping to that destination. Free shipping is excluded for rates over $21. You will be invoiced separately for any difference over $21. We will not ship until invoice is paid in full. (Regardless of which shipping carrier you choose, we will always ship via the most economical option for Bull City Olive Oil. Sales over $250 will be charged shipping.)
Please allow at least 24 - 48 business hours for order processing (and at least 5 - 7 business days during the holiday season).
Shipping times are based on when carrier takes possession of package, not when order is placed. Choosing UPS 3-Day Select* will not bump your order in front of others. (*only available at holiday)
Bull City Olive Oil is not responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed due to weather or postal holidays; incorrect shipping addresses/PO boxes/undeliverable packages. Incorrect deliveries (marked "delivered" but not for example) should be handled directly through your carrier.
We are unable to offer free shipping to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, or any other International addresses.
Free shipping and/or online promotions do not apply to wedding favors, bulk, wholesale or corporate gifting orders.
We are unable to offer delayed shipping.

Is your packaging recyclable/reusable?
Our shipping boxes are 100%* reusable and recyclable. Please remove tape before recycling. Our packing peanuts are made from starch and 100% biodegradable and dissolve in water. You may recycle, see Earth911.com They are not edible. Please recycle your bottles (or resuse!)
*From time to time in order to recycle our own shipments, we may ship using bubble wrap or other products that are not recyclable. We encourage you to reuse!
