Refund and Return Policy
Items damaged due to defect/fault If you receive a product that you think is defective or develops a fault within 10 days of receipt, please email us immediately with details including order number (will begin with BCOO...). We will assess the issue to determine if the product is faulty and if we agree that there is a fault we will issue you with a replacement or refund with the following conditions:
- The product fault must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the product.
- The fault or damage will be verified by us before issuing any refunds or replacements. We may ask for photographs for verification.
- If we require the product be returned then we will cover return shipping.
- We will either replace it with a new product of comparable price, or we will issue a full refund for the product.
*Should the cost of shipping for a replacement exceed the cost of the goods itself, we reserve the right to issue a credit/refund instead, or will offer to ship a replacement item with your next order*
Incorrect/Incomplete orders: If we mistakenly send you the wrong product or if an item is missing then please email us within 10 days of receipt** and we will either refund/credit you or dispatch the correct product immediately. If we require a return of the incorrect product then we will pay for the return shipping.
**This policy does not apply to pickups. Bull City Olive Oil must be notified on the Friday of your scheduled pickup if an order is incomplete and we will make every effort to replace your items . We are not responsible for missing items not picked up on time. See Pickup Policy

Please do not return any items without proper authorization from BCOO.
Items damaged due to shipping If you receive a package that is clearly damaged due to shipping and it has affected your items, please notify the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS) immediately. We recommend taking photos with as much detail as possible. Each package we ship is automatically insured for a minimum amount. After notifying your carrier, please notify BCOO within 5 business days. We may also ask for photographic proof of damage.
Bull City Olive Oil and it's affiliates are not responsible for damage that occurs due to carrier handling and/or holidays/delays once packages leave our possession
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items may not be returned/exchanged such as perishable goods (olive oils, chocolates, etc...). Sale items, custom items or products, wedding favors, bulk items, etc... are non-refundable. Undeliverable packages will not be refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions.
