Local Delivery and Pickup

NEW PICKUP POLICY (updated Aug. 8, 2026)

The pickup option is now located within the "SHIPPING" preference at checkout. Every item in our inventory is available to order for pickup at LOCOPOPS for a nominal fee of $5.00 per order.  (If you are a NC resident, this option will be shown to you first. If you prefer shipping or local delivery direct to you, please scroll through shipping options and make your selection). *Effective immediately pickup at Casa Bella Market is no longer available without express  prior consent from Bull City Olive Oil beforehand. 

LOCOPOPS Pickup (FRIDAY) 

  • Pickup is available every Friday after 2pm at Locopops-Durham located at 2618 Hillsborough Rd Durham, NC 27705. Orders placed before 11:59pm (EST) Wednesday will be available for pickup Friday of that week. You will receive pickup notification via email 24 hours in advance when your order is ready (please add julie@bullcityoliveoil.com to your address book to avoid missed notifications and check your spam/junk folders.) 
  • Once your items are delivered to pickup location, neither Bull City Olive Oil nor Locopops are responsible for items not picked up, damaged, lost, stolen, etc... on pickup date. We reserve the right to limit the number of items per pickup or to refuse pickup service. You may receive a "items have been picked up" notification after we (BCOO) have dropped off your purchase. This is an automatic "clearing" of the order off our fulfillment queue.
  • We are unable to accommodate specific pickup dates . Once you order, your pickup automatically becomes set for the next available  pickup. Please note while placing order. We cannot "hold" for future dates. Should you choose to cancel your order, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% restock fee at retail (not sale) pricing (whichever is highest). If you require a specific date for pickup, we recommend you contact us for pickup at our home base or delivery.

      Please be respectful of the limited space available at Locopops,  their staff and customers. They offer their location for your convenience and are not a part of Bull City Olive Oil or our policies.  Please do not contact Locopops if you have an issue with your order.       Local Delivery  (updated February 5, 2026)

      We are pleased to offer free delivery with minimum purchase of $50 to the following zip codes: 27243, 27278, 27510, 27514. 27302, 27231 in Orange County, NC. Delivery is also available to zip codes 27516, 27517, 27599, 27231, 27258 and 27541 for a minimum fee with purchase of $75 or more.  Minimum order requirements are before taxes. Discounts may affect minimums.

      • Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Deliveries are available Tuesday- Thursday between 11am-4pm.
      • If your address falls outside of Orange County, NC (Durham, Chatham, Alamance and surrounding counties), we reserve the right to charge an extra delivery fee or will ship to you at your cost. Please see map of Orange County, NC below:
      • Once your order is processed you will receive email notification one day prior to delivery. Please add julie@bullcityoliveoil.com to your address book to avoid missed notifications.
      • If you would like to request a specific delivery date, please contact us to make arrangements. 
      • You do not need to be home to receive delivery, however, we do ask that you provide a flat surface, out of the elements so that your purchase is protected. We recommend a cooler in warmer temps to protect our olive oils from extreme heat if you are not going to be home at time of delivery. We are not responsible for items left out in the elements once delivered.
      • If product is undeliverable (incorrect address, unable to contact, etc...) another delivery attempt will not be made. Delivery fee is non-refundable. 
      • Due to occasional mobility issues, we may not always be able to navigate in certain conditions (uneven or blocked pathways/walkways,multiple levels/stairs, etc...) Should that be the case we will notify you upon arrival of your packages. 
      • Delivery prices do not apply to bulk/corporate/special event orders. Please contact us for applicable rates. 
      • If you're pleased with our service we won't say no to a tip or even better- A Google review!

      Pickups are available by appointment only at our home base in Efland for corporate or large bulk orders only.  We are no longer offering single order pickup
