This is a very well-made, fresh Coratina oil, with all the typical herbal qualities of the variety. The aroma is strong, floral, and very herbaceous. The intense fruitiness is a combination of complex green flavors such as cinnamon, fresh-cut-grass, spicy herbs, chili pepper, mint, and black pepper. It is robust with nice bitterness and very strong pungency.
