Summertime and the livin’ is peachy! Celebrate the start of peach season and beat the heat with this Peachy Keen Balsamic Spritz starring our Juicy Peach Balsamic Vinegar.
INGREDIENTS (Single cocktail)
- 1 rounded tablespoon peach jam or preserves
- 1 tablespoon BCOO Juicy Peach Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 oz. Vodka (we love Cathead Distillery’s Honeysuckle Vodka for a floral note)
- 3–4 oz Prosecco, chilled
- BCOO Genovese Basil Olive Oil for garnish (optional)
- Fresh basil leaves and peach slices for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar with lid, combine peach jam, Juicy Peach Balsamic, and vodka. Shake well to combine.
- Add ice and shake until chilled.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves, peach slices, and a drizzle of Genovese Basil Olive Oil for a delicious summer porch sipper!
