Use for everything from vinaigrettes to grilling proteins, dipping bread or vegetables. Especially good when used in baking due to it's mild intensity.
The aroma of this oil is mildly green, with hints of grass and artichoke on the nose. Notes of banana and green almond also appear. On the palate, it has a soft, pleasant and slight bitterness, while the spiciness is medium in intensity and develops slowly, lingering in the back of the mouth. The fruitiness is green, fresh, and marked by notes of leaf, grass, green almond and artichoke. It is an oil with a very good finish—rounded and harmonious.
