Elicoidali is a type of pasta that comes from Southern Italy. At first glance, it looks a lot like rigatoni pasta, but there are a few minor differences. Elicoidali is slightly curved and therefore, so are the ridges in the pasta. The tubular pasta is also slightly narrower and longer than rigatoni. Elicoidali, a short and ribbed pasta cut, is perfect for simple and creamy Italian recipes.

Made with 100% Italian Wheat and crafted with PGI Certified Gragnano Pasta, bronze-die, and slow-dried, it ensures at least 14% protein, firm texture, and easy digestion. Its versatility extends to oven preparations, developing an irresistible crunch-proof crust.
