Roasted Red Pepper and Peach Jam

Fresh Western Carolina peaches, flame roasted red bell pepper and jalapeño combine for a savory spread with sweet, tart and a bit of heat. This jam pairs perfectly with soft spreadable cheeses such as Brie, Chevre or even traditional cream cheese and crackers. For a refreshing twist on grilling try basting on pork or shrimp skewers or use as a dipping sauce.

(Personal note- my husband eats this out of the jar...it's that good!)
